Truly Amazing
- When I realized 2 drives in our Raid 5 had failed I was not too worried because I knew I had a good tape backup. The real panic started when I realized the tape backup did not contain the SQL data files that were in use. Once I picked myself up from the server room floor I called Raid Recovery Labs around 1AM. I expected to leave a message but as advertised an actual RAID engineer answered the phone and assured me his team could recover my data. Fantastic communication every step of the process is what sets these folks apart from the others. I had my data back – (fully recovered) the next day."
