Business Managers work with each subsidiary to assist with each company’s management and implement growth strategies.
Our strategy is to diversify within the power supply marketplace and build strong, niche oriented operations around the globe. We take a long-term view of business, focusing on growth and overall progress of our subsidiaries over a number of years.
We will often look for new acquisitions to assist us in growing our business. When we decide to get involved with a company, it may be lacking management and leadership skills or it may need an equity infusion to expand the business or capitalize on an opportunity. Sometimes an acquisition will have synergistic effects – the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. If we feel that the potential subsidiary possesses or can develop all four criteria of our business philosophy and add value for our shareholders, it will be a good fit for Quantex.
