When you access the Nucleus Network for the first time, you will be brought to this "Nucleus Connection Registration" website. The DHCP ID usually takes the form, "NIS-012345678". If you are unable to locate your DHCP ID, try referring to a past Nucleus invoice and using the Registration number following "NIS-". Failing that, you can recover the number by calling our Technical Support team.
