- The P.V.P.L. pool league is a Billiards Congress of America sanctioned league that utilizes BCA's ball in hand rules. 8-ball divisions consists of two 5 player teams playing 25 games of 8-ball. Each home team breaking 3 times with visitors breaking twice. We use a win / loss format to closely follow the format used in the BCA National 8-Ball Tournament held every year at the Riviera Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas Nevada. The largest pool tournament of the planet! We currently are running 3 divisions (A, B, C) to provide the best parity possible. Sportsmanship is the foundation that maintains the overall enjoyment in our league. Un-sportsmanlike conduct is not tolerated here.
