Over the years and through many thousands of contacts with individuals visiting the sites it was determined that the majority of first time visitors to the Rockies where looking for a more personal method of travel planning.
The web and other media can offer a staggering amount of information that can overwhelm and often confuse the average potential visitor. Most Travel agents do not know the area and only know what they read from a few skimpy and often out of date or inaccurate brochures.
While the web and other media have provided us with a seemingly unending supply of information, what has become very rare in the last decade is personal service. It seems everything is automated and it is next to imposible to reach a person by phone or email.
