We take municipal water (which in itself is monitored by the Government) and boil it until it turns to steam. We take the steam, condense it into pure water and store it in a stainless steel tank until bottling. Spring Water Our spring water is drawn from a deep artesian well in the Blue Mountain area of Collingwood. The water is sterilized at source through an ultra-violet light and pumped into a stainless steel tanker used exclusively for hauling spring water.
