Description
Roberta Wein, P.T., founder and director of P.T. and Pilates, has had over 20 years of experience, bringing together a background of dance, Pilates and physical therapy. She was the creator of JRW physical therapy and has now resumed her practice. Her specializations are in dance, sports, manual therapy, and Pilates. Roberta Wein, P.T.'s credits also include participation as faculty for "Northeast Seminars" and a featured article in The New York Times titled "Guys are warming up to Pilates". Roberta graduated from NYU's P.T. department in 1980.
Dyane Harvey, Dance Educator, Perfoming Artist, Choreographer, Certified Pilates Instructor, has been certified for several years also under Romana Krysanowska. Her credits also include faculty positions with Princeton University, Hofstra University, Lehman College, and numerous dance institutions.Most recently she was included in "NYC Dance Divas" presented at the Schomberg Center for research in Black Culture.
Cathy Kadets, Certified Pilates Instructor, has studied classical Pilates for 13 years. She studied and was certified under Romana Kryzanowska (Joseph Pilates' protegé) in NYC. Cathy is familiar with all types of clients and has worked closely with physical therapists.
