- proxyElite is coded, updated, monitored and run by only.Samurai and RichoHealey. In responce to a horrible free proxy sites such as proxy4free that give poor lists full of dead proxies that claim to be "checked" or proxies that don't exist(see here), we have set up proxyElite. proxyElite's databases are monitored and checked on an hourly basis. Proxies that are "dead" for too long are removed from our lists so that they do not fill take up time and allow the other proxies to be better monitored. We also provide lists of CGI/Web-Page-Based anonymizers.
