History
Provcon Homes Limited was incorporated to bring together many dealers and associates throughout Ontario and the North Eastern United States, who specialize in all aspects of the mobile / modular home industry. Combined, our network has well over 100 years experience in construction, sales, and service, as well as the transportation of mobile homes, modular homes, offices and demountable structures.
Provcon has been custom designing, renovating, and refurbishing used mobile homes in many communities since 1987. Sales of new and used units quickly followed, and has been rapidly growing every year. In 2000, 25 acres of land was acquired in an industrial park in Smiths Falls, Ontario so as to consolidate all aspects of sales, service, storage, renovation and restoration to one location.
Over the years Provcon has developed a reputation as an innovative and reliable company.
