One may be hard-pressed to find a more knowledgable Real Estate Broker on Cape Cod than Larry Greenberg. Having been born and raised in Bloomfield, Ct., Larry moved to Massachusetts, in 1976, after graduating from the University of Hartford . Larry relocated to Cape Cod in 1981 to work at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. In 1991 Larry moved to New York to work out of Minolta Corporation headquarters in Ramsey, NJ, in their Document Imaging Division. He won numerous sales awards, in his position as Regional Sales Manager, covering the Southeast quadrant of the U.S. from North Carolina/Tennessee South through Eastern Texas to Florida and Puerto Rico.

At times during his career in the technical industries, Larry served as a principal member on various AIIM and ANSI Standards Committees.

In 1994, Mr. Greenberg was selected by the AIIM (Association for Information and Image Management) International Board of Directors as one of twelve AIIM Conference Team Planning Coordinators, and the only Planning Coordinator reselected for 1995 and 1996.
