Promise Hosting was established in 2000 to provide premium web hosting to the Australian marketplace. Recognising that hosting in Australia tends to be expensive (particularly for Windows servers), and that customer service is often sub-standard, Promise set out to provide the following:
- An affordable hosting solution with virtually all extras already included. We do not believe that clients should have to pay more for e-mailboxes, database connections, or a secure server.
- Rapid, high quality customer service. Promise has developed a unique system to ensure that each hosting client receives continuity of care. Promise also aims to answer most e-mail inquiries within two hours of their lodgement (during operating hours), and responses are often forthcoming within five minutes.
