We are Project Performance Consulting Limited, an independent, employee owned project management consulting and training company based in the United Kingdom. We are based in Bournemouth, Manchester and Edinburgh and provide training and consulting services for a number of clients both in the UK and overseas.
Recent assignments have seen Project Performance consultants deployed to many countries in Western and Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, the Pacific Rim and Russia, working in both public and private sector organisations large and small.
Our mission in training is a simple one - to step out of the comfort zone of the mass market project management training and consulting providers, bring individually tailored, specifically targeted project management expertise into your organisation and transfer real capability to project management staff. We can do this because all our consultants have real-world experience backed up with solid project management qualifications and a desire to work with you to deliver competitive advantage.
