I started Project Cyan in 2004 so that I could offer small companies an affordable and convenient way to make their online presence really shine. Smaller companies can rarely afford an in-house IT person or web designer, and I wanted to be able to fill that need for the company. Outsourcing gives them the flexibilty they need to gain an edge in the marketplace.
