- The prologue of the Project118.Com took place in 1999. Back then, it employed another name with different concept to introduce this collecting hobby to the public. Today, the idea for this site is simple. Instead of lengthy reviews based on one person's opinion, Project118.Com contains thousands of photos of hundreds of new and old scale models. Project118.Com also feature community forums to let collectors/non-collectors to ask question, express their opinions, share their knowledge, and so forth. Many thanks to the support of all members, the forums are definitely the best this site has to offer. The goal of this website is to provide a glimpse of this collecting hobby to non-collectors, as well as provide a point of reference to collectors. Going forward, more updates will continue expand the site. Hopefully, this site will continue to evolve to better serve it's purpose.
