Proctor Services, Inc. was formed in November 2000, as a C-Corporation with the firm’s purpose being that of property management and real estate investment. In April 2001, the company purchased and began management of Affordable Storage, LLC, a mini-storage and commercial retail facility, located in Concord, NC. In September, 2003, the company began managing a total of 495 apartment units in Charlotte, NC.
