We are committed to providing quality rehabilitation services to our clients in Sublette County. We have two convenient locations in Sublette County. Serving northern Sublette County in Pinedale, adjacent to the Sublette Center, and southern Sublette County in downtown Marbleton.
Susan graduated from the University of Colorado Health Science Center in 1984 with a degree in Physical Therapy. She also has a degree in Zoology from the University of Wyoming. She has experience in orthopedic, neurological, pediatric and geriatric clients. She has had the pleasure of owning and operating Proactive Rehabilitation since 1989. Her specialties include foot and hand patients, and pediatrics, but she enjoys all areas of physical therapy.
