PROSYSTEM USA is committed to service and support of its customers. We have been in business for over twelve years providing machinery to the printing, binding and paperboard converting industries. Our product line includes MAXIMA Collators, RODA Converting Machines, W. GANTENBEIN Perfect Binders and W.O. Hickok Round Corner Machines. Our customers include Banta Corporation, Sheridan Books, Deluxe Corporation, Rock-Tenn, Book Covers Inc., Kappa Graphic Board, Smurfit Stone, Caraustar, Von Hoffman Press, Phoenix Color, to name a few.
We are a member of the PROSYSTEM Group of companies that sells and services machinery world wide. We have an extensive inventory of parts for the machines we support in our inventory in New Jersey ready for same day shipment when necessary. We can dispatch a field service technician from New Jersey for technical service when required.
Our installations are performed by factory trained engineer s. During the installation we train our customer’s maintenance personnel on the proper care and maintenance. Our engineer will also train an electronic/control technician for any PLC service.
