The PCA is a registered non-profit membership organization of commercial composers who create jingles, film scores, TV and radio themes, industrial soundtracks, multi-media sound design and library music. The purpose of the PCA is to help inform new commercial and media composers, and to represent the interests and protect the rights of its members, especially as they relate to the performing rights organizations, ASCAP,BMI and SESAC.
