William Procida Inc. ("WPI") was founded in 1995 to provide high-level executive management and capital to the real estate industry and middle-market companies. From 1995 to the year 2000, WPI specialized in investing in distressed opportunities, completing $2 billion worth of turn-around projects. In 2002, WPI founded Palisades Financial and was the majority shareholder.
