Prism Instruments was started by Dan Williams in 1991 to represent GretagMacbeth (formerly Macbeth) in Canada. Prism Instruments is the only authorized sales and service center in Canada for GretagMacbeth. Everything is supported out of our Pickering Ontario office. GretagMacbeth equipment can be serviced at the customer site or it can be returned to our office for calibration or service. Since it is serviced in Canada you never need to send anything back to the U.S. and you can avoid delays due to customs. GretagMacbeth Equipment can also be calibrated to meet ISO 9000/QS 9000 and 17025 requirements.
