- www.prepseminars.com was originally started in Winnipeg in 1992, by David Hunt as a local tutorial service for high school and university students, offering them one-on-one or group tutorial sessions in chemistry , biology , biochemistry and organic chemistry for midterms and final examinations. Later, other unique services which were not available to students at that time were added. These included the OAT , PCAT , ACT and SAT tutorial services, in addition to the MCAT , Canadian DAT and American DAT.
