The Prep Planner is a Web based communication tool that allows a school to disseminate important information to their entire community, specifically athletic and activity scheduling, and allows parents and other interested parties to stay informed about what is happening with their kids. A parent or other interested party signs up for Prep Planner membership and in doing so selects the activities that they want to receive information on – they are sent reminders on only those activities. Reminders are sent one week before the event and the day of the event.
