A.D.A. Enterprises, Inc. was incorporated in 1974 by Allan and JoAnn Stensrud. It became a steel manufacturer in 1976 and a plastisol coating company in 1986. In 1998 ADA Enterprises Inc. purchased the assets of its customer Premier Polysteel; a playground company. Premier Polysteel had a dealer network of commercial playground retailers that sold this completely plastisol coated playground structure.
