Mission and Location The Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce of Illinois is a not for profit corporation established under the laws of the State of Illinois (PRCCI). The mission of the Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce of Illinois is to develop, assist, and promote Hispanic business interests, and other businesses in the State of Illinois. PRCCI has been in existence since 1963 and continues to serve the business community into the 21st century.
