Our emphasis is on helping chemists deal with the fact that the typical molecule has many 3-D structures, or conformations, that help determine its properties and reactions. Princeton Simulations realizes that chemists usually work with more than one molecule at a time. A major advantage of working with several molecules at a time is that both the experimental and the calculated properties of a molecule become more meaningful and useful when they are compared with those of similar molecules. Princeton Simulations has filed for a patent on the innovative methodology that makes it possible for Conformer to organize data from related molecules into a useful form.
