Jennifer R. Posey was admitted to the California Bar in 1991 graduating Magna Cum Laude from American College of Law with her Juris Doctorate in Law. Admitted to U.S. District Court, Central District of California in January, 1999. Previously a professor of Appellate Advocacy and Evidence, Ms. Posey is now practicing in Family Law litigation, Intellectual Property matters and serves as an arbitrator on the Orange County Bar Fee Arbitration Panel. Ms. Posey also specializes in the dreaded Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs), which are feared by all family law attorneys.
Trained by trial by fire, Steve Tokai joined the support team of Posey and Associates in 2001. Steve brings to the firm many impressive skills including web design, computer expertise, telephone repair skills, a plethora of organizational ideas, staff management and good common sense.
Crystal manages the day-to-day running of our offices. Crystal does not merely do the job, but she adopts it as her own. We are fortunate to have her with us and to enjoy her exceptionally high level of competency and her outstanding courteousness to all.
