Build out the framework for the Portal Generator
Why?
The one-click portal generator is a large part of the "Product" we will be presenting to bloggers in January. In addition, this will also jump start our own portal creation by making it easier for us to start portals as well.
Done When
We can click the button (or fill out the field) and a starter Portal will be generated.
