- During the beginnings of Prince of Peace we were brainstorming the goals and the mission of our church. We were attempting, in some humanly feeble way, to put some measurable targets to our mission and how to measure success. In the midst of that process, I had asked the question of whether our goals had to be measured by numbers, or by some intangible measurement like the culture or our reputation.
