Kerry Pollard received a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. He began his career as a reservoir, operations and exploitation engineer for Amoco Production Company in Alvin and Houston, Texas. After his tenure with Amoco, Kerry joined the staff at Reading & Bates Petroleum Company. In Houston, and later Tulsa, he maintained all company and outside-operated producing properties and managed Reading & Bates drilling operations along the Gulf Coast.
