Policy Works is the result of a desire to improve the efficiency and communication between commercial insurance brokers and their insurers. Frustrated with the inefficiencies of the entire commercial lines process, Don Campbell, along with his son Kevin and John Eastly, began working together, in 1991, on what is today the basis of Policy Works.
Over the next 10 years while working with companies like Axa Pacific, Policy Works began to take shape. In 2000, Policy Works Broker Edition was released as a commercial management tool designed specifically for brokers. Since that time, we have worked with numerous Canadian brokerages to help them improve their commercial lines workflows.
