The analyses are detailed and since the software uses simulation techniques based on the same mathematical rules employed for salary calculations, the results are very accurate.
A harmonisation project usually starts off with an analysis of the financial and operational consequences of a 1-on-1 migration of all employees to a new / other collective labour agreement.
