Stephanie has many years of experience working in large teaching hospitals where she has served as a Fall Prevention Coordinator as well as on Performance Improvement and Efficiency Committees and Practice Councils. She has a background in quality improvement and worked in quality assurance before becoming a nurse. Stephanie is a member of both the American Nurses Association and the American Society for Quality. Her passions are patient safety, healthcare efficiency and educating both staff and patients on patient safety issues.
