We recognized that in this industry there are many choices in which clients have to make with regards to renting amusements. However, many of our competitors have given up on safety and cleanliness and costumer service in an effort to lower their prices. By doing this they compromise the safety and integrity of their own industry. The owner of Pogo's Amusements, Craig Steinberg has seen this happen many times. As Florida State Representative for the Inflatable Amusement Industry he has seen complaints rise in the industry particularly in South Florida.
As the State of Florida's Representative for the Inflatable Amusement Industry, our owner, Craig Steinberg receives many calls and written complaints from consumers who have had poor experiences with other companies. He has been sought out to work with local municipalities on drafting ordinances governing inflatable rental companies entering their jurisdictions. The most common complaints in south Florida area are that equipment often times arrives late or not at all, equipment that smells like mildew or is visibly dirty, instructions on how to use the equipment are given incorrectly and worst of all, equipment is setup unsafely or the tie-downs have been compromised.
