In late December 2006, I relocated back to Florida, where I had spent a large part of my youth. Before that, I lived seven years in Boulder, Colorado…kind of like seven years in Tibet. I was born in Alabama. I’ve been interested in the arts, particularly painting and drawing, since age seven, when I saw my uncle’s drawings of Disney characters. I studied art history and still paint from time to time, but my biggest passions are writing and philosophy.
