I am a Texas Hold'em player frequenting the online poker rooms. I also play in many home games and make the occasional trip to a casino. I've been playing poker seriously for a few years now and have developed a strategy that has consistently won money over that period of time.
Many of the books written on poker are geared towards playing against advanced players, but I rarely find myself in that situation. Usually I'm playing against people with questionable experience and skill, so the strategies in many of the books isn't appropriate for my situation.
My goal was to create a web site for poker players like myself, where players can ask questions and exchange information on a topic I love. If you're trying to win your third bracelet at the WSOP then you probably don't need the information available on this web site, but if you're looking to have some fun and win a few bucks playing online you have come to the right place.
