The project started in 1993, with the Idea to spread the concept of Commercial Horticulture in the State. It is a Joint venture of Kumoun Mandal Vikas Nigam , dedicated for the development of Small Hill farmers of Uttarakhand. It brought awareness to Hill farmers to grow Flowers and Vegetables in Green Houses, that has now been percolated in generations.
