- TONY HOSKINS
- Born in 1982 and brought up in Oxford. Always passionate about aircraft, he started learning to glide on a bursary from Oxford Gliding Club. With ambitions of becoming an airline pilot, started powered flying at Enstone the following year. Tony continued to follow gliding, progressing to fly his first Junior National Championships in Aug 2000. Following the 9/11 downturn, he moved to West Sussex to train as a Licensed Aircraft Engineer, qualifying in Dec 2003. During this time he worked for the IWM Duxford and Aero Vintage in nearby East Sussex. In 2004 Tony completed his glider instructors rating and later that year, joined his current employers Virgin Atlantic
