Pat Reda, President and CEO of P.J. Reda & Associates, Inc. has over 20 years of combined experience in the Corporate Human Resources and Recruiting sector. For 12 years she was in the Corporate arena as a Nurse Recruiter for a 570 bed teaching hospital in the Midwest, relocated south and began her career in the restaurant industry. She worked for a major international fast food chain as their Regional Recruiter and was promoted to Regional Human Resource Manager. She then joined a very successful family style concept where she held several positions: Management Recruiter, Recruitment Manager (supervising 11 Corporate Recruiters) and Supervisor of Compensation and Benefits. She left the corporate world with Human Resource generalist experience, relocated to Atlanta and in 1992 began P.J. Reda & Associates, Inc.
Pat is a certified instructor of "Targeted Selection" and "Interaction Management" courses. This has assisted P.J. Reda & Associates, Inc. with securing, identifying and locating only the most qualified, capable candidates.
