Owners Spencer Budros and Anne Fletcher were inspired to bring a unique dessert experience to their native hometown of Columbus. Their experiences were the perfect compliment to one another. Spencer's ten year career as a pastry chef in Scottsdale, Arizona combined with his sister, Anne's career in financial planning and investment management, allowed their dream to become a reality. Together they opened Pistachio in August of 2004.
Pistachio's extraordinary team of professionals share the inspiration and excitement of Spencer and Anne's original vision. They work and celebrate as a team and have great aspirations for Pistachio becoming a destination for all who love the finest desserts.
