The Pinellas County Osteopathic Medical Society was established in 1957 and has grown to become the largest county society in the osteopathic profession. In fact, if PCOMS was a state in osteopathic medicine, it would be the 12th largest state having more osteopathic physicians than thirty-eight states. PCOMS continues to be a strong, viable society and has progressed to become the most active county society in the state and nation.
