We have always wanted to be part of a business that we believed in, so that we could see where it would take us. We found that in The Pie Guy.

What is not to believe in? The pies are delicious, they are are made by hand and they are not filled with that commercial pie-goop. Our ingredients are of the finest quality whether we are using the ingredients for our very own pie crust or our fresh tasting fillings or for our tremendously-tasty cream pies. Heck, we don't even freeze our pies and with no preservatives, you can always count on a fresh pie from The Pie Guy. How old was the last frozen pie you bought? Six months old? Older?

Our flour is unbleached and unbromated and our dairy products have no preservatives or enhancement chemicals such as RBGH (rbst). Our pies are made with palm oil because the hydrogination needed to turn vegetable shortening into a solid creates Transfat and Transfat is terrible for you. No fillers, no stabilizers just simple ingredients that you would put in your pie. Go ahead and look at the ingredients in a store bought pie. Anything that does not sound yummy is added to increase the life of that pie and the profit for that company.
