The company was acquired by another service and PhoneGanster is no longer the honest company it once was.
There is now a maintenance fee every 15 days that eats away your minutes. The front page boasted of "No monthly charges." When I complained my minutes were gone without my using the service, within minutes they changed the website.
Terms of Service mentions a charge somewhere in the 7 page 2800 word document.
Unfortunately, Phonegangster has become a "gotcha" company that needs to make money tricking you rather than by making money through their service.
At this point, all the spoofing cards are like this.
