Dr. Cirka received his D.M.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and enjoys staying current in the ever-changing field of dentistry and dedicating a substantial number of hours each year to continuing education. For example, Dr. Cirka has received additional training in many locations including both the US and abroad, and has studied in Pittsburgh, Boston, Washington D.C., North Carolina, Utah, West Africa, Germany and Sweden. He holds a BS in Biology from Grove City College and has Masters training in Counseling from Slippery Rock University.
In July 2001, Dr. Cirka was honored as "one of the most promising young dentists in the US". In 2002, he could be seen on television and was mentioned in the Philadelphia Inquirer for his expertise in teeth whitening and overall compassion for his patients.
