Description
Having implemented annual hours whilst working within the Paper, Board and Packaging Division of Imperial Group back in 19 82 , Philip recognised the potential for other sectors of the economy and set up Philip Lynch Associates (later re-badged as PLA) operating from offices in York between 19 85 and 2001. .
PLA ceased trading in 2001, and Philip joined forces with Dr Ken Beaumont of Workforce Logistics in the same year. They have continued to work together since then.
From June 2006, business development for Philip Lynch has been taken over by Workforce Logistics Ltd, with Philip working as Principal Consultant and continuing to be responsible for contacts with existing clients.
