pets2gems.com are a world trading UK based private and totally independant company, specializing in converting 'Cremains' (cremation ashes) and hair into REAL diamonds (not synthetic diamonds) which have the exact same make-up and properties as natural mined diamonds.
Just as in nature - where diamonds are formed by massive pressures and intense heat, the independant laboratory has perfected a method of emulating exactly those conditions. From approx' 40 grams of ash or hair, a real diamond is created using the carbon derived from your loved-ones remains or thier hair (even nails!) in a process that takes a few months rather than thousands of years. Memorial diamonds are totally unique (as unique as every human or pet), no other diamond will have the same colour and hue. At present the maximum size being created is 1 carat - usually with a light yellow hue.
