Lutheran Hour Float Committee Mission Statement
The mission of the Lutheran Hour Float Committee is to provide a Christian witness and a message of hope in Jesus Christ, to the unchurched, who view the float in person or through other media.
Lutheran Hour Ministries is an auxiliary of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod and the Lutheran Church - Canada. The Lutheran Hour Ministries has been sponsoring a Christian float for the past 57 years. In addition to the Lutheran Hour Float, four other Rose Bowl Parade floats will be decorated by the Petal Pushers® this year.
