Perspective Concepts™ is a sole-proprietorship based in Washington, D.C. Concentrated primarily in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. Perspective Concepts has been working with U.S. companies to develop their Internet presence since 1996 and continues to help companies break new ground. We have experience working coast to coast with both large corporations and small independent enterprises.
Frank Stovicek, the company's founder, has been working with computers since 1985. He has been involved in almost every aspect of the computer revolution from programming to desktop publishing to training and teaching. In the early days of the web, Frank was involved in developing and promoting CapAccess, the Capital Area's first free public Internet provider and now a part of WETA's online presence. Frank has worked hands on with developing numerous web sites, inlcuding EPRI, WETA, and AARP.
