- Scottsdale, Ariz., June 27, 2001 - Pentawave, Inc. announced today that it will sell its employment software and related assets to a new company, IdealHire, Inc. Bruce Culver, Pentawave’s primary investor and former chairman, intends to purchase all IdealHire assets from Pentawave and transfer all IdealHire employees and customers to the new company. In this regard, Mr. Culver has filed a notice of this transaction with the office of the Arizona Secretary of State. The sale will be held in Phoenix on Friday, June 29, 2001.
