"My purchase was small, only two replacement cartridges for my Mont Blanc pen, but as things can go, it couldn't be as easy as order a cartridge and get it delivered. The mistake was completely mine, I thought I could substitute a roller ball cartridge for a ballpoint cartridge......WRONG
I called your customer service person and she couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. She immediately placed a new order and asked me to mail the wrong cartridges back, which I have done, and today when I arrived at work, my new cartridges were here.
