Penhale Villa self catering, holiday let is situated just 100 yards from the miles of golden sand which are Perranporth Beach. The newly refurbished, luxury villa has a prime situation - overlooking and close to the beach, sea and town - whilst being privately situated at the end of a no through road. The Villa comprises 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 10 adults in comfort, 2 bathrooms with jacuzzi baths (one en-suite) and 1 separate shower room with deluge shower. The Villa is furnished and equipped to the highest standard and includes central heating, full double glazing, Sky TV, DVD players, LCD TVs in lounge and bedrooms, Wii Games Console and games, CD player, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, American style fridge / freezer (ice machine / filtered water), very large range cooker with double oven. It also include all linen, towels, tea towels and mains services.
Furthermore, in the private garden, there is a very well equipped private, games room including an electronic treadmill, air rower, solaria, 7ft Pool table, table football, darts, music system and a wide selection of board / outdoor games. There is also a private 6 person Hot Tub. The Villa has lenty of on-site parking but is only moments from the beach.
To make your holiday even more relaxing a comprehensive Welcome Pack is provided containing coffee, tea, sugar, bread, milk, butter, jam, ketchup eggs, baked beans, bacon, cheese, squash, crisps and a bottle of wine! Hopefully, enough to make a meal upon arrival. We are also happy to cater for any special requests or a larger pack if required.
The Villa has decked and grassed areas to the front and rear. A range of outdoor furniture is provided including loungers, tables, chairs etc.
1 min. walk to the beach and lovely coastal walks. Perranporth has miles of golden sands and is good for surfing and sunbathing. A lifeguard service is on hand during the main season.
The Villa has full central heating for the Autumn / Winter months and is fully double glazed.
